Course is fine but nothing to rave about. Hard ground makes chipping and rolling on the green a bit difficult. Lots of Dog legs but other than that, its okay

I’ve just started out playing golf and I’ve really enjoyed playing at Helensvale as the price isn’t very expensive. The Course has some nice holes and some nice greens some of the tee boxes are pretty rough and not taken care of. And some areas in the course look under construction but aren’t and most of the bottom 9 have a lot of water surrounding the fairways and tee boxes. the staff in the clubhouse are very nice and good with service food could be a bit cheaper. A lot of homes close to tees.
