Greens had been punched 2 days prior so very shaggy and slow. 7 tee boxes were beat up so bad it was difficult to find a decent place to set up. Have played the course several times, it’s normally in pretty good shape. Had 2 guys who’d never played it and wouldn’t return especially not for the price. Pace of play was average, 4.5 hours. Disappointing

Very nice departure from old municipal courses; this semi private course is challenging enough for beginners and old hackers alike. Course carts are nicely outfitted with ice, tees and towels.

courses in good condition, for what I paid we got on at the volunteer rate of $75 if we paid the full amount of $300 I would have been upset. I know they let the courses condition go in between championships or at least that’s been the rumor held around and that seems to match what we played on. There were some spots with dead grass and dirt, etc. that I’m used to on public courses but not a public course of this quality/rating… Like I said for what I paid it was great normal fee notsomuch
