Let's start with the unfortunate negatives: the greens had been punched & heavily top dressed with sand & there was no mention of it on the website or by the pro shop when I called to book the tee time OR by the staff when I checked in. I didn't know until the 1st green. That shouldn't happen. Period. However, the rest of the course is in superior condition and for only $40, it's a hell of a great deal for a true championship layout that is beautiful. Big fairways on a lot of holes with a few tight but fair tee shots on others. Large greens with a lot of undulation means you need to be solid with your approaches. I'd love to play multiple days because you'd have very different clubs in your hands from day to day. If the greens were up to the same standards as the other conditions, I'd give it 5 stars across the board. I'll be back.
