4 stars almost feels low for how much I enjoy this little course, I played for less than $1/hole, so the value is there, but the maintenance is not. The greens are generally pretty nice, as good as most of the other local munis, but there are some bad lies, rocky bunkers and rough tee boxes. For the price it's acceptable, and it's a fun layout in a charming neighborhood that can be walked in under 3 hours. It's a great place to work on irons, build confidence, and save money, never change GAR.

Great Par3, Par4 course. Tucked in a residential neighborhood hood. Beautiful fairways and greens. Sand traps are a bit rough.

Very charming little executive course, integrated harmoniously with the neighborhood, great vibe, good value, can walk 18 in less than 2 hours. They put the money back into the condition of the greens and it shows, the greens are well above average and the bunkers well below, keep in on the green and out of the sand and you'll have a good time.
