Couldn’t rate the greens because they were so inconsistent.

Tee boxes are fairly even and cut, though sometimes slightly beat up. Fairways exist, though are not way to wide and could be cut a bit lower. Rough is forgiving and not way to high. Bunkers are fairly typical, shallow, usually playable, though if it has rained at all they appear to become muddy and puddly. Greens were slightly bumpy but were playable, modest sized. Course is not way to long. Fairly easy. Water hazards were around though not terribly prominent. Decent course for not way to much.
