It's a great value, but not a great course. Definitely a "cow pasture" as people say. Fairways are all right beside each other, very easy to end up in another fairway. Also the cart paths vanish at times, so you need to go with someone who knows the course. Great course for a retired person looking to save money, terrible course for a low-handicap golfer looking for a high quality course.
