They are having some struggles at the moment w the fairways. Greens were nice but the fairways were patchy and dead . After a period of lack of rain had some showers and it didn’t appear to be helping. Love the place, a nice layout i will return but this fall it’s going to be pretty ragged. Tees are playable but noticed lots of invasive grass taking hold.

Usually love Riverview, play here all the time. But played here twice recently and the course is in really bad shape. I know its been extremely dry, but the course is just pitiful right now. Huge patches of dirt and dead grass all over the fairways. Its rock hard. Greens are tore up. Rough is non existent. It just wasnt a good time, at all. Won’t be back this year. Maybe I’ll give them another shot in the spring.

Fairways and greens were in very good condition. The lack of rain and high temps took a toll on the rough or lack there of.
