I have been to many 9 holes in OC and LA. Most are beat all to hell on their fairways and greens. This was much better than most and cheaper. That being said, it is a very small course. Fairways are are very close together. Often golfers will hit into other lanes. Trees are often in the way but you can manage around them. Greens are good for the amount of play they get. There are wet spots that can slow the ball down quite a bit. Fairways are mostly straight with the 9 hole having a valley of shame which pretty much makes you have to hit on green or a little long. Over all a great course.

Great gem of a course if you are ok with poorly maintained green and trees in the line of sight to the holes. Still like playing here.
