Course condition was pretty so so even for December. Awesome layout I’d love to see it in its prime.

It definitely needs some work, but for the money it costs, it wasn't bad.

For being tied to such a beautiful 18 hole, Texas nine is pretty poorly cared for. The greens are in bad shape.

Play discourse many times, absolutely love it friendliest staff around in a beautifully manicured course. It plays like a normal 18 hole course, but just smaller plenty of tough holes, including water to go over cat tails to go around and sand.

pace of play was quick but we weren’t rushed at all. overall the course design is nice, however the greens could use a good bit of work. patches of dirt on every green and the grass on them was fairly long, making puts kinda difficult to gauge at first. range balls are a bit pricey as well. on the plus side staff was very friendly and welcoming so it’s worth going back, just don’t expect a whole lot as far as course quality

Pretty rough conditions, hard to even call a course right now. Fairways are not even grass, and greens are just not there. Would not recommend at all.
