Cart comes with Tees,water and Ive in the built in cooler.
Greens are nice, fairways are taken care of. Really nice course for the price.
They do have 1 challenging par 3. See photos.

5 stars would be a pro course. 4 would be a very great course right under a pro.

Played a tuesday afternoon 2:40pm. Pretty empty and fast pace. Only $30. Great course with some tougher and narrow fairways along with great par 3s. Definitely playing again.

I really enjoy this course. Front and back are like two different courses. Front is challenging with water, back is challenging with mountains.
