Can’t beat this course for any $15 9 hole course on the east coast. A few of the holes are “tricked up” and make up for a short length course by putting water and OB in places that punishes both long drivers and players with no length. But the course is in surprisingly good condition for the price. There were no dead spots and the fairways/ greens were all mowed constantly.

Greens and tees in great shape. Fairways are fine, they're just brown and patchy in some spots.
