Greens are generally in good shape, however, the golfers that play here need to learn how to fix their divots as the greens are littered with unrepaired divots. The fairways and bunkers were abysmal. Very little actual grass. The fairways were mostly weeds, dirt, or crabgrass. The bunkers suffer from poor drainage. The price for 18 is similar to Orange County National (right down the road) but with the course conditions being so bad, it’s an awful value. I do not recommend this course.

What a complete rip off! Fairways are painted dirt/mud. Tee boxes and fairway areas are full of patchy weeds and in horrible conditions. This place needs a lot of work and is wayyyy overpriced for the greens fees paid.

SBW was in pretty good shape. Greens rooling well and in good condition. Dry, firm and fast conditions.
