Very confusing rough terrain inbetween holes.

Greens had sand traps on em. Fairways were bare in most spots. Tees were beat up and very uneven. Ball wash needs attention

Pricey course. Cart paths need some work. Tee boxes were a bit beat up. Overall nice views and good people.
