The greens are fantastic bunkers too, but fairways are average and some tee boxes are just terrible and take a lot of force to hit through with irons. The ninth hole doesn't go back to the club house and being my first time going here didn't know where to go and had to walk a long way just to get back to the club house. A fee tee boxes are spread weirdly and it is not smooth to go from tee box to tee box. So all in all, average.

Fairways aren’t in amazing condition but the greens tend to be much better. Nice variety of holes and very easy to get on.
