If you get an early tee time the pace of play is quick but if not you usually get stuck between many different groups all at different skill levels. The greens are average-good, maintained for the most part but people don't fix their pitch marks or look after it themselves. An additional problem this course has is a lot of short par 4s which cause each big hitter of the group to have to wait for the green to clear just in case (creates good chances for better scores) but slows down pace of play.
