Phenomenal course. Very fun. Fairways in excellent condition. Greens run true but are slow. There were a stretch of holes in the front nine near the marsh were the semi rough was in pretty poor condition. Members seem to not take care of bunkers either as there were many hollows and foot prints. There happened to be a group in front of "lads" on a bucks party which wasn't great which effected the pace of play towards the end.
