Price is good, Pace of Play was shocking. Over 3 hours for 9 holes, 3 groups on teeboxes at some times. No sign of someone to manage pace of play. Some greens damaged with tire marks (8 & 9 in particular). Paid for 18 packed it in after 9

Course is looking the best it has in ages. Still some ground under repair and it holds water in some places but massive improvements.
