Incredible views. Incredible condition. Great value. Really fun and hilly course! Great Christmas Eve round! Shame there’s no water fountains or caddy in the summer heat!

Visually challenging for novice players. A player more familiar with their clubs and distances and trusts their hitting won't find it so much an issue. The breeze can be the biggest challenge though. Some tee offs are so close to the ocean you can hit a ball into the waves. Few big trees but lots of scrub and shrubs that make it extremely difficult to find lost balls. However, you will often find half a dozen other balls while looking for your own ;)
