The course is in decent condition. Greens roll fairly consistently. Don't feel like the slope and course rating do the difficulty justice. Length is the hardest part of the course with a few long par 4s. Unfortunately, pace of play needs improving with many school kids being allowed on the course that are messing around e.g. playing with no shoes, hitting balls intentionally across fairways, hooning around on carts etc. Groups of 5 seem to be allowed to play which affects pace significantly
