Don't let the price temp you. One of the worst courses I've ever played.

Tiny course, only suitable for beginners. Greens were in horrible condition and pace of play was frustrating due to people with no experience.

I fell in into the pond (for a pro v1x tho)

Difficult course, green is sticky. Holes are positioned edges going down. So, if you missed an inch, the ball it's going to flow down.
