Good value for the city.. depending on the day, course is in good condition and pace of play is usually 18 holes in 3h40m walking. Greens are pretty beat up as players don’t fix divots.

Horrible bunkers, terrible green, and half the sprinklers are broken so the course looks like it’s half underwater at points. Not to mention the tee boxes have never seen maintenance
