Good value, good condition (dry fairways in sections, but tee boxes and greens are well looked after). Lots of fun challenges and doesn't feel stale (few repetitive holes). Played 18 with a friend on a weekend in 3h20, can't complain about that

Grass seemed a little long one day, then dried out the next, so the course is dependent on the weather. With wide fairways and gettable distances this course is a good for the average amateur. Their afternoon walking rates are a great deal.
