Course is well priced but conditions reflect this as rental carts are old, fairways are hard, tee boxes are dry and beat up and most greens are in less than desirable shape (mostly due to lack of care from players not fixing their ball dents). That being said, I keep coming back because this makes it challenging and the elevation changes really add to the dynamic of the course. The par 3's are fun on this course. At the end of the day we still have a fun round and don't have to break the bank
