Considering the time of year, the course was well maintained. Two things that stand out as to conditions include players not fixing their ball marks nor raking the bunkers.

Great new course in the Dayton area. Been open since March 2023. Very good value.

When they get irrigation, it will be a great course.

Beautiful Course! Has some work to do, but the owners are working hard to revive this once closed down golf course. Honestly it's in just of good of shape as most public courses in the dayton area. I will be playing here for years to come.

Awesome course layout but that’s about it, greens and fairway are patchy. They charge the same as other courses but are no where near the value.
