Fun layout with very challenging landing areas from the blues. Nice staff and in great shape. I think the drought had the greens a bit bumpy. Had a great time. Will be back.

Play here every year while down in LBI. This year the greens were bad. Im not picky but for the price, having bald spots on every green isnt a good look. Fairways were nice tho
