Greens have some repairs needed

Nice course, some of the greens were damaged, under repair. I wasn’t told initially but it’s cart path only, that really put a damper in the round and intensified the heat/ humidity. Course is challenging, wind on the back can make some holes more interesting.

Course is looking better than a few months ago. The greens grew back on most holes. The fairways and rough were cut good and well kept. Green speed was around 8-9/10 speed. Some greens were under repair on the back parts but didn’t hinder play. The bunkers were filled with new sand, so that was a plus. Overall, would go back even for the price.

The course condition was horrible. I know the storm had a big effect on the conditions but having working drive their trucks all over the fairway and not even maintaining the tee boxes seems unexplainable. Charging the most premium price on guam but having one of the worst conditions doesn’t add up.

The par 3, 12th is my favorite par 3 I’ve ever played. A couple of memorable holes. Top course on Guam and a must if you are visiting.
