Million-dollar ocean views, but conditions don’t match. Fairways and greens are clean and roll well, and staff was courteous. Tee boxes are worn, bunkers are hard like cement, and cart paths are rough—sometimes you have to go off them. No carts allowed on fairways. Rough is thick and unkept—easy to lose balls. Sewage runoff with a bad odor runs through the course. Lots of potential, but maintenance is lacking.

Great bang for your buck! Some of the greens need a bit of work but can’t complain with the nice views, fast pace of play, and good vibes!! The staff is courteous and professional and the course layout is great. very difficult course but just go out and have a good time!

Great course enjoyed the all the holes fun/ kinda difficult. But manageable

It's nice course hard if your not in fairway cost is a little high for the area
