Fuzzy greens. Bunkers are cracked dirt. 18th green littered with pockmarks like hail or disease.
Very cheap for these reasons. So it’s good for beginners or practice. But Some holes are too long for beginners.

God awful upkeep of the course. No delineation between fairway and rough. Golfers were losing balls in the fairway.👎🏽🤮

Course is extremely wet from the past rains. Cart path only play today. Fairways soaked, The eclipse was amazing! seeing the golf course go full shade like that.
