Tight fairways, and a lot of different obstacles in tough spots to get through. Definitely not a course for beginners. Hard to get any kind of tempo using your driver there too. A lot of par 3 obstacles

Weaving a golf course through a community can make for some odd designed holes with out of bound areas to close to the homes and wildlife preserved areas. Be prepared for homeowner engagement.
