Overall good looking course. Played during and after rain, conditions were too soggy. Common review on condition of sand traps is correct; majority appear to be dirt, not sand. Definitely want to play course again on a dry day.

Terrible bunkers. Water logged fairways. Slow pace and no ranger keeping pace. Good course outside of those issues.
