A bit expensive considering the course conditions. Ground under repair on almost every hole and extremely wet. Pace of play was great however and the greens were nice and firm. It will be a real gem in a couple of years.

If you walk the course, you need your own GPS. Not much markage on the course. For the price, the should have the marker sticks/rocks in the fairway.
