I returned today (5/23/'26) for the first time in 25 years. I was surprised that I remembered so little of the routing but it's a pretty fun layout.
Let's be honest: it's not perfect conditioning, but greens were true & healthy. The hole locations hadn't been changed in a while based on mildly shaggy cup edges and the green speed was pretty slow... but not in a bad way. They've done great work with small budget. I've played far more expensive courses with lesser turf quality.
Go play here!

Pains me to say G-Run is a shadow of its former self. Some tee boxes look like they tied a dog up on them. The worst ones are holes 4,5,9,10,13. They haven't moved the white tees on hole 13 since the Obama administration. If you're charging $50+ for 18 you'd think a prerequisite would be playable tee boxes with grass. Nobody fixes divots on the greens either. Really needs a new ownership group that will get it back to its pre Obama glory. If you spit sunflower seeds on the greens I wish you ill.

Not worth the money. More like a $20-25 course that charges $52 . I have never had issues with staff at a golf course until I played here. The carts are junk, so I went to swap mine out at the turn. I was screamed at because I kept the key after putting the first cart in the cart return. Poor old guy had to take 10 steps to get another universal key to put in that cart and you would’ve thought I had been doing donuts on the greens the way he was screaming at me.
