Decent price and difficult. Greens were beautiful but fairways are very spotty and not the best kept. Currently building new tee boxes so can’t comment much on that. Pace of play was good.

Tee boxes are basically short rough. tough to hit off of with certain clubs. Feels like you’re hitting your teeshot from the rough. other than that… not horrible. 5/10

Fairways are typical for country course. Fairways are pretty much hard grass. They put their effort into the greens only it seems. Overall fast pace and relatively easy course. For me it’s 28 min drive and there are better courses for same price that are closer.
