3.6 on the portnoy scale. Would be a better course if it wasn’t in a neighborhood and had more bunkers. Twilight rate is great value.usually packed during anytime of the day. Probably a lot of walk ons which is why the online tee sheet is usually open.

Beautiful, well maintained course. You can tell the grounds crew take pride in upkeeping the course

I'd play again, would like to have seen this course when it first opened up!

Hole 8 is the worst, whoever designed it needs to fix it up why is the difficulty so crazy on it and can’t even find balls then

Course charged spring rates for this weekend with no amenities. Halfway house closed. No beverage cart and not even outdoor restrooms were open. Felt like a rip off.

Some unusual par5s that are rather unorthodox and sand traps were in horrid condition.

The course is beautiful, rolling and twisting fairways were healthy and green. The sand traps could use more sand, but overall an enjoyable 18 holes.
