Fairways like concrete lack of cart paths makes for a bumpy ride. If you can afford a lil more I suggest playing elsewhere

Not in great shape. However, it’s cheap.

Overall had a good time but it’s in my view you’re not gonna have cart paths you should have better signage to the next hole, etc.
