Greens are lightning fast. Only chance to have shots stick are first thing in morning. Fairways had some problem areas and are rock hard. For 50 dollars it's a I expected.

Poorly maintained. Fairways are rock hard. Bunkers don’t have proper sand. Inconsistent greens. Just a poor condition all around.
