Staggering how beautiful and fun this course was. Front 9 plays linksy, back 9 turn into…Illinois mountains?? How does this course even exist? This has the most world-transforming, mind-bending course that exists. One moment you’re in the plains, then you hit the turn and you’re on wildly elevated tee boxes and zig-zagging up hills to get to the next hole out in the mountain-woods. Grab a cart, you’re going to need it.

Props to the new owners for spending $$$ and getting this course back up to its original glory. Fantastic value. This course would be $125-150/round in Chicago/Indy/STL and it’s only $79.

The place is much improved since ownership changed. The last couple years of renovation and repair work are starting to pay off. This will be back to one of the area’s top courses this season👌
