Lots of rain recently. Rough is brutally long in places. Bunkers are virtually unplayable. Several tee boxes are crowned, forcing you to choose either a fade or draw stance. Greens are slow and are like putting on the moon due to all the ball marks. The course hosts a lot of outings. I guess not many fix their ball marks.

I really like playing here. It’s one of the nicer courses in the Springfield area and the value for the money is incredible. It’s fairly open overall and not super challenging from that standpoint, but still plays long enough and has enough challenging shots to keep it interesting.
