Played as guests of a family member. The price was good, the course is decent, but the groundskeeping is severely poor. There are a lot of patches of high grass in the rough, and the cart paths are abysmal. You're better off driving on the grass than the cart path in most areas past hole 4. Overall, a decent course for the price, but playing there showed me I don't want to join and pay the outrageous price to play there.
