If the greens were maintained and not patchy, dead and hardwood hard this might be a nice course. Beautiful facility, great use of pre existing course layout. The greens though aren’t worth the frustration. Would rather go anywhere else for the money. Played the front nine in an hour forty five. They they decided to start four foursomes off the back nine while we rounded. Waited 15 minutes at each tee box minimum. Watched a guy in the group ahead of us tap a putt and ended up in a pond.
