Greens were inconsistent and the rough was rock hard in areas. Great views and pace of play though.

Honestly great value. Good difficulty. Not too easy/boring, but also every hole gives you an opportunity. Good sand conditions when we played. Greens are perfectly quick, not easy, but fair.

Very well maintained! Fairways immaculate, greens superb yet very gripping, which could make them seem slow. For a public course, very close to perfect. Not hard, by any means, but not easy either
