It’s was Ok for the price of 87 bucks on a Friday I’d expect the course to be in better conditions. I’ve been playing here since the course opened, and it’s in the worst condition now. Sand traps are more like rocky clay, lots of dead rough, unwatered, and oddly soggy parts of the course.
