One of my favorite East Bay courses especially during the summer when it can get way too hot to play deeper in the East Bay. Definitely a challenging course in my opinion but so much fun to play the elevation changes and being surrounded by forest. Agree with the other comments on needing marshals to keep pace of play.

Greens were bumpy and slow with hundreds of ball marks. Fairways were soggy and wet. It wasn't worth the greens fee.

Great greens and grass for being a public course that probably gets a ton of play daily.
Only issues are that there isn’t a Marshall hurrying the slow players along causing pace of play to slow down and the range balls run out all the time with only 1 of 2 machines working for months.
