You get what you pay for. Hitting fairway drives in no way means you’ll be on fairway grass. Narrow fairways on many of the holes and some wicked tree placements for right handers prone to fading/slicing. The greens were pretty good. The bunkers were awful as was the rough. The fairways weren’t in good shape so don’t be afraid to move your ball to better grass and avoid hitting off dirt or crab grass. That said, it’s a very affordable par 72.
