Most greens and some fairways need work but overall great value.

Great course fun times

New owners have really done wonders to the place. Fairways are taken care of. Bunkers are actually playable. Greens are ok, but I expect them to improve with time. My go to course if I can’t do 18, or if I have a beginner with me.
