Cant think of a better way to tune your golf game than Mariners Point. Every single stall has Top Tracer Tech with individual screens. The shortgame practice area is robust with bunkers, large putting greens for tons of looks. The 9 hole all par-3 course (par 27) will test you and fine tune your irons, wedges and putter AND ita lit up at night for night golfing. Last Tee Time is at 810 in the winter and 910 in the summer. Spot for the locals. Would be very sad if it ever disappeared. Nowhere else can you play nine holes at night with the lights on.

Course is as fun as I remember. Wind can be killer and really push your ball around. No Marshall or starter but the pro shop is on top of things. Greens were well kept and the one bunker I landed in was well kept and raked. I played as a single with a 4 some in front of me. They constantly left their bags at the front of the hole and I presume triple and quad bogeys given they were often hitting a second approach shot after the tee. Then a chip or two or three and 2-4 more putts. They took their time on the tee box while I played 3 balls and were either just leaving or still on the box by the time I got to the green. Which is a long way to say, expect slow beginners. I could’ve skipped a hole but kids behind were also slow. The kids (with parent) hit into me once, landed ~5 yards away and on windy days it’s hard to hear anyone but I give them the benefit of the doubt. Fun course but less of a value when compared to other 9 holes in the area with longer holes (par 4).
