Condition of course could be improved. ALOT of divots caused by ground hogs. Difficulty of the course was a 7/10. Lots of shaded areas. Driving range is decent. 7/10 as well. I would suggest the upgrade the range balls. They looks really and scuffed up.

Most of the time pace is fine, usually because it’s empty. When it’s busy, pace is pretty slow. The course is pretty beat up and not maintained so you’ll find the the rough difficult to deal with. Course is fairly narrow, even a slight fade, you could easily lose your ball as there tends to be a drop off. Slice the ball and it’s gone. A ton of dry spots on certain holes so had to practice bump n runs and punch outs. Divots make it hard to put. Range is not bad, can get busy.

The course was really ripped up but the fact that it was empty at 8AM on Saturday morning was the best part.

Quiet simply the worst course I’ve ever played on. Borderline unplayable. Course is a wreck and there is obviously no love or will from ownership to improve. Driving range is ok
