We played a twosome at 3pm and finished in 4 hours with no pressure in either direction. The weather was cloudy, the wind was mild and the course played really nice. Greens were a solid 11 or 12 and the course was in great condition. We played on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and this is why I think it was less crowded. This is my second visit to the course. We played the Ocean Course in my previous visit, and both times the cart staff and clubhouse staff was very kind.

Not a fan of the ocean course. The wind is ridiculous. On the last hole they have babies in strollers walking along the entire par 5. Just people out looking at the beach while you’re firing at a pin that’s on the sidewalk side of the green. How this course hasn’t been liquidated from litigation baffles me. That hole is Stupid. The course is stupid. If anyone ever tells you this course competes with Bodega you should punch them in the face. There’s no comparison. Bodega is an actual course.

Course was in excellent condition and for $180 it feels like a good deal. Greens were perfect. 16-18 are the best and my only knock on the course is that a good amount of the middle holes kind of look and feel the same. That being said we had a great round, the setting is awesome and a drink out on the patio at the end is a must. 100% worth playing if you are in the area.
