Course is in good condition

Beautiful course. Some bad things though, they pair up walkers with carts so depending on your random partners you will be slow. Very wet in places around the course. You get rushed while on the course.

Pro: Nice layout and undulating greens; good sand in the bunkers. Decent tee boxes Con: bumpy and slow greens. Fairways need some work but playable

Still not worth 70 bucks would rather play costa mesa or san Clemente for 45
