Pro: Nice layout and undulating greens; good sand in the bunkers. Decent tee boxes Con: bumpy and slow greens. Fairways need some work but playable

Still not worth 70 bucks would rather play costa mesa or san Clemente for 45

Walked in with no tee time but they got us out for $60 cart fee included. Pretty busy for a weekday afternoon and some groups played pretty slowly, but I thought the layout was fun and score-able. Greens were overall pretty good for the price and had lots of undulations and some fun backstops. Only thing is a number of people did not repair their ball marks (which is wild because you’d think they would have plenty of time with the slow pace of play) Its worth a visit if ur nearby 👍

Cart path only on ALL holes, poor conditions everywhere except greens. Also tried to overcharge me!
