The course is usually in a pretty decent condition, and compared to a lot of the other courses around, the green fees pretty reasonable. The main issue is that pace of play here is pretty much always guaranteed to be slow. I’ve played here at least a dozen times, and the average time of my rounds is probably 5-5.5 hours
